Getting Started
Welcome to Centuries Gaming FivePD! Ready to hit the streets and keep San Andreas safe? Let’s get you geared up and in action.
Step 1: Join the Force
Before you can patrol, you’ll need to get approved and whitelisted into the community. If you haven’t started this yet, hop into our Discord and submit a membership application. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you’re one step closer to rolling out!
Step 2: Choose Your Callsign
Every officer needs a callsign—it’s how you’ll identify yourself over the radio and work seamlessly with your fellow first responders.
Here’s how to claim yours:
- Head over to the pick a callsign channel.
- Click the dropdown menu and choose between Law Enforcement or Fire Department.
- Enter your preferred four-digit number and your character’s RP name.
- Hit Submit—and you’re all set!
If the system throws an error, don’t panic! Read the message carefully and adjust your selection accordingly (some numbers might already be taken or your formatting was incorrect).
Step 3: Join Our Server
Now that you've got your Discord roles and your callsign set up, you're ready to join the FiveM server. You can connect by launching the game and searching for "Centuries Gaming" or by clicking this link.
Having trouble joining the server? Take a look at our extended tutorial on joining our server here.
Step 4: Create and Configure Your Character
Once you've loaded into the server, you'll be prompted to create your character. Use the arrow keys (← ↑ → ↓) to navigate the menu in the top-right corner. You can create up to five characters. Please use the name you picked in Step 2 for consistency.
Once your character is created, select its name and choose Select Character to begin loading in. Another menu will appear in the top-right corner asking you to select a job. Choose Law Enforcement or Fire Department unless you have applied and been approved to play as a Civilian.
If you select a civilian role without prior approval, you will receive administrative punishment.
Now that your character is set up, you’ll spawn as a default model. Use vMenu to customize your appearance.
